Blood pressure causes serious health problems

Blood pressure is also a major reason for nervous disorders or imbalance.A person should not eat have drugs.One should not eat less salts in food.All of us must eat easily digestible foods full of proteins and take in food in reasonable quantities.

Those vegetables that have a sour taste helps in strengthening the nerves.Honey,bitter gourd,drumstick and greens must be included in our diet.Hot water also has a sour taste.Please understand that eating 'sour' taste items have the ability to root out the nerves disorders totally from our body.

Deep breathing of good clean air will help in good blood circulation.Any human being has the body strength to work throughout his life irrespective of his age.If you realize this you will live a happy life.Once you start being idle on account of age then it is harmful.

Early to bed, early to rise helps you being energetic all through the day.
Attend to your nature calls.
Have a cold water bath.
Walk for 15 minutes in the open.
Rest your nerves.Cultivate some hobby like painting,gardening,music,reading or any leisure activity.The main purpose is to keep your mind relaxed.
Share your feelings to someone else so that it does not build up in your mind.
