Healthy Low Fat Recipies


Here are some Healthy and Holistic Recipies for everyone and especially for those who are on a diet.

Vegan Delight:
Onion-4 chopped.
Tomato-2 finely chopped.
Garlic-3 flakes crushed.
Green chillies- according to taste,crushed.
Soya Paneer or Tofu-1 cup.
Yogurt-1 cup.
Salt and Pepper-according to taste.

Take the yogurt in a large bowl and mix the crushed chillies and salt in it. Now marinate the soya cubes for 10 minutes.Keep in Micro high for 10 minutes and keep aside.Add oil to a pan and saute the onions till golden brown. Now add the crushed garlic and tomato pieces.Add salt and pepper to taste.After it starts boiling add the soya pieces and keep stirring.Let it boil for five more minutes.Transfer it to a bowl and serve.
